Public Property Tax Collectors Auction
Properties that are foreclosed upon each year (March 31st) will be sold at Public Action by a certified auction company. The Office of the Calhoun County Treasurer will hold the Tax Foreclosure Auction for 2009, under the provisions of Public Act 123 of 1999 and the General Property Tax law.
